Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Myvent (the "Platform"), operated by Myvent, Malaysia. By using our Telegram bots or Mini App, you accept these Terms.

1. What Myvent does

Myvent is a lead generation platform that introduces users looking for services to local Malaysian vendors. We are not a party to any agreement or transaction between you and a vendor. Payment for the actual service is settled directly between user and vendor — Myvent does not hold escrow.

2. User responsibilities

• Provide accurate service requirements and contact details
• Pay vendors directly for services rendered
• Leave ratings only for services you actually received
• Do not submit false or malicious requests

3. Vendor responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information and SSM details
• Deliver services in a professional and lawful manner
• Honour quoted prices and timelines
• Pay lead fees as they become due
• Comply with all applicable Malaysian laws and licensing requirements

4. Fees and payments

Vendors pay per lead unlock (wallet) or a monthly subscription. Users may purchase a Multi-Request Credit Pack. All fees are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Stripe processes payments under their own terms. Stripe processing fees are absorbed by Myvent on subscriptions and passed through to the payer on all other checkouts; the breakdown is shown at checkout.

5. No commission

Myvent does not take a percentage of the service price. Vendors and users settle the service price directly.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Circumventing lead fees by soliciting vendors off-platform before unlocking
• Creating fake referrals to farm rewards
• Posting unlawful, harassing, or misleading content
• Reverse-engineering or scraping the Platform

8. Limitation of liability

Myvent provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or outcome of any service performed by a vendor. Vendors are independent businesses; we do not supervise their work. To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you have paid Myvent in the preceding 12 months.

9. Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or harm other users.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
