Myvent (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the Myvent Telegram bots (@myventservicebot and @MyventVendorBot) and the associated Mini App at myvent-telegram.vercel.app. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

We share your contact details with a vendor only after that vendor pays a lead unlock fee. Vendors may store your contact for the purpose of completing the service you requested. We do not sell your data to third parties. Payment data is processed by Stripe under their own terms. Supabase (our database provider) hosts your data in their Tokyo region.
